  HANDS DOWN ! ! ! BEC Investments is a very convenient, trustworthy and professional company. My husband and I met BEC several times for a loan to buy our first house. They are truly amazing staff , knowledgeable, honest and patient and listen to your needs. They explain in understandable terms. BEC made it easy to go through the process from start to finish. This was my first time with them and very happy with the service and results. Incredible company to work with! I highly recommend working with them!

  We had started to look for a house in October 2020 and since Sharri Bibiyan does Iranian radio advertisements, we decided to go with them and their company BEC investments. What a mistake!!! She wasted almost 2 years of our time until today. We looked for houses outside of the budget she first gave us for almost 2 years until one of our offers was accepted to find out we can't get the loan. She kept asking for more information to extend the preapproval letter for a home purchase which was false all this time. She kept raising the preapproval amount without making sure that we actually qualify for it despite the documents we kept providing for the past 2 years. In January 2022 after a stressful time in the Covid housing market, we put an offer on a house which was accepted and paid for inspection to find out a day later that we do not qualify for the amount she kept pre approving us for. The pre-approval and the rate we were promised for almost 2 year was gone and also the house we put an offer on, the $500 inspection fee and all the stress and toll of searching for houses in this market since 2020 on all our family. We were given false information.. this is negligence. We were also promised to get the inspection fee back from them because they did not let us know in advance about the loan and kept delaying sharing what actually is going on, but we did not receive any payment.. they were just empty promises. Do not waste your time to get a mortgage from them. Very unprofessional! I hope my review saves you hassle and time.
