  I've had exemplary, courteous service here. When my debit card was stolen they cancelled & replaced it in less than 15 minutes at this location! I have received a lot of assistance from the person who checks folks in, without having to wait for one at the desks to assist me. There are 3 cash machines that are open 24/7. The check-in to see someone when needed is done with your debit or credit card, just a swipe, and then you just touch what your needs are on the screen. That enables the person who assists you to be prepared for what you need. I have had to wait my turn, once for around 45 minutes, but I have learned not to go at peak banking business hours like lunch time, just before closing, weekends. Also, you can check-in, and if you can see it's going to be a wait, you can scoot out to the Starbucks a couple doors down and get yourself a treat and then come back! They have free wifi so you can do other things on your devices while you wait!)

  They can't deposit from a debit card, any other bank could handle that easily.

  Why bother to go this place. BECU never existed if Boeing checks going thru. My 32 years paycheck went thru. Now I am changing to local bank. So fed up with customer service. I don't think deserve 1 star. I came home and called becu and endup call back message. Took 2 hours got call but I wasn't available. Social security office wasn't this bad as becu. Back in 90 and early 2000s, most of time becu answered call. Anyone has patient? Can stay in becu member. Now I need to figure out my direct deposit to new bank. I am old guy and I can't cope with becu.
