I was absolutely dreading going to the bank after having my account compromised. However it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Jay was an absolute rockstar. He explained to me in simple terms everything that was going on, what my options are, as well as provided pleasant conversation. He made my experience so easy when I was in a really tough situation. It was really nice to feel like I had someone that understood my situation and was on my team. At the end of the visit I felt a weight off my shoulders that I could use my account again and that I was no longer in danger of identity theft. Overall I'm super happy that there is finally a BECU branch up in Bellingham. Going to the bank always sucks but the staff here are top notch.

Love BECU. Always very friendly and helpful!! I've never had any issues trying to get stuff resolved or even just having questions answered. Been with them for many years and have no intention of ever switching to a different bank or credit union.
