I went in today to make an account with them the employees were super nice to me and yeah the parking kinda sucks but that's when there not busy I can get by that but all in all well respected super quick and easy

They don’t process after hours deposits next day. Last week it took 3 days. We’ll see if yesterday’s deposit makes it tomorrow… Update: my Tuesday after hours deposit didn’t even get processed by Thursday! Which now means that deposit will get processed in a different month and quarter. If this branch can’t even process deposits in 24 hrs, how can I trust they can do anything correctly? Will never use this location again.

They funds are typically made available the second business day after we receive them. Depending on the type of deposit, longer hold times may apply (up to 5 business days after we receive them).

Only useful as a online bank. BECU is fine if you never need to handle cash or anything in-person. Almost all needs are directed to the ATM.
