  I was referred to Joel by a friend who has used his services numerous times, and another friend used them as well. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with throughout the loan application and process. He even referred me to my realtor, who was fantastic. I highly recommend Joel and Bell Bank Mortgage.

  This is the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They cannot even get anything right. I had to call them 6 times before they got my mailing address correct. I can't even begin to tell you how much trouble I have had with this company. Please do not refinance your home through Bell Bank.

  As a first-time home buyer, there was a LOT I didn't know about the process of buying a house -- especially when it came to financing. Thankfully, I had Delaney Starks to guide me through it.
