  Courtney is amazing to work with. He takes the time to explain all the myths and mysteries behind mortgage financing. I've heard horror stories about the process and not once did I experience even a hint. Going with a new build and not using my builder's financing seemed to be daunting, but Courtney guided us so effortlessly. In fact, he is so good at what he does, the in-house realtors enjoyed his professionalism and partnership so much, they are going to start referring customers to him! They told me how impressed they were with him and couldn't believe how easy he made it for all parties. Definitely sharing Courtney's name/services with anyone who is looking to finance!
