I used Bell Title every time we needed something done with the property. My father failed to get the warranty deed to the place from the original owner and when he dumped the place on me in a condemned state, I was lost. I had the land contract signed and dated and Lynn drove out of her way to get the signature she needed to continue writing up the Warranty deed. She was fair in price and I really appreciate what she did. I then had to get a quit claim deed to the place and she worked with us to do that. She also showed me what to do to file the appropriate paperwork with at the county courthouse and had everything professional and neat.

We try to use a title company near the property we are purchasing and the realtor selling the property suggested bell title. We got notice of closing with less than 48 hours till closing, when I asked why, I was told that how we do it. Than was told they only do wire transfers, when wire transfers are so dangerous, my realtor doesn’t know these people and I don’t know them. Unless you know these people I would suggest finding another title company.
