      I always prefer to go through Bellwether's Nashua branch. Their management and staff have always been extremely patient and attentive.

      I do not feel comfortable or safe allowing Bellwether to handle my money anymore. Never in my life had I ever been treated with such poor customer service skills as I was today. Pauline in their contact center does not care about customer relationships and will actively gaslight you. Lou will at least take responsibility for the company's actions, but not before he states that he can "do this song and dance all day!" They will talk over you, belittle you, and pass the buck until, like me, your opinion sours and you want to go anywhere else. They use account notes to bully you, ensuring that you recieve the same horrific treatment from anyone and everyone that you need to speak with.
