      I went there after work to cash my check and was told that if I didn’t live in the area the check could not be cashed. However there was a Caucasian guy ahead of me whom just had cashed his check. I have never heard of anything like that at a currency exchange EVER.

      I regret making transaction in this place, the machine/teller said transaction declined twice but the money was taking out of my account. I was really frustrated, my money was held for two days before refunded. The pressure they made me go through was was unbearable,once beating twice shy.
