A simple request to add a vehicle to my policy has taken days! Its still no handled . No reasonable explanation as to why this has not been handled properly has ben given. I am usually one to be patient. But this simple task taking anymore than a few mins or maybe an hour to take care of is absolutely unacceptable. They stop answering the phone at 3Pm and emails are left un responded to. I have had my home and cars insured with this office for 5 years. That is going to change I assure you.
