      I’ve been using Benchmark Federal Credit Union since the early 2000s and absolutely hands down the best! Not to mention their amazing customer service where you can actually get a person on the phone and if they can’t help you, you can bet they’ll get someone who can and pretty quickly.

      Amazing customer service for a new auto loan. Suzanne made the process very fast and easy over e-mail. I could even pick up the check through the drive through (although they offer overnight mail services). So much easier working with her than even the dealer - and the rate was by far the best I saw and half of the dealer promotional financing.
