  Steve Reed's Benchmark Home Loans is the epitome of top-notch home loan service.  The courtesy and professionalism with which the team did their jobs could not have been demonstrated more fully.  A special shout out to Tracy Ray, who took every question I had seriously and with infinite patience. This especially meant a lot as this was my first home purchase. Every step of the way was presented and implemented carefully, thoughtfully, and smoothly; and an abundance of assistance offered cheerfully. I give Steve Reed and his team the highest marks and recommendations. If more than 5 stars could awarded, I would do so without hesitation.

  Wow. From contract to clear to close in 9 days... there is NOTHING Steve Reed and his team cannot do! Not only were they beyond efficient and beat the odds of our time crunch, but they did it with kind servants' hearts and genuine natures. Our family could never thank Mr. Reed and his team enough for all they have given our family. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend this team for their incredible knowledge on buying a home, but I would also suggest this team to anyone looking for a team full of honestly, integrity, positive mindsets, and grit.   AMAZING!! Lauren, Tracy and crew have been working on our behalf for almost a year while we were trying to find a house. They kept us up to date on all the steps and new paperwork required. Working through FLOIFY, very easy. VA loan went through EXTREMELY easy for dealing with the government. I'm deeply in their debt and they have my utmost respect and gratification.
