  I had a great experience with Benchmark. My loan officer, Robin Hangartner, went above and beyond to provide the best service and support…she got me the best rate possible, she kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining anything I did not understand…making a stressful time less stressful! I would highly recommend Benchmark and specifically, Robin!

  Benchmark is the best name for these fine people. They set the bar for quality, personal attention, and professionalism. They walked us through our personal situation, pointed out ways to help, presented us with multiple options for our loan, and answered a lot of my basic questions that helped me understand exactly what everything meant and what that would result in. The Benchmark staff also worked incredibly hard at the last minute to fix some things that were my fault, and still got us to close on time. I can't say enough good things about them!

  The entire process was an absolute delight. They were very easy to work with and kept me in check with all requirements efficiently. I loved the weekly updates as to what was going on too. I can't say in exact detail here because it's too long, but they made the dreary side of home buying simple, fast and painless. The lawyers themselves were impressed with their immediate attention and importance of details. I will never work with any other mortgage company! Thank you, Benchmark! :)
