  I can't speak highly enough of the team at Benchmark mortgage. They treat their clients as if they were family and/or only clients. This is my second time using them for a home purchase and the service an attention to detail is just as exceptional as the first time around. Steven, Rob, and the rest of team are prompt to respond to emails and calls regardless of the time of the day, and even on weekends which is unheard of in financial institutions. I have been so please with this team that i mention them to anyone I come across that is looking for a mortgage agency including my family and they all also sing their praise. Thank you all for the work you guys do and the timeliness of your processes.

  I really enjoyed working with the Benchmark Mortgage Team and Rob Roland as my Loan Officer. He was very knowledgeable and a true professional when it came to making sure that my home loan process went as smooth as possible. Mr. Roland kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that I knew of any changes, etc. at all times. I highly recommend Benchmark Mortgage and Rob Roland as your Loan Officer. I was highly pleased with the service that I received from the entire team that I worked with through my home loan process.
