  Scott and Jen are quite simply awesome! We were purchasing our home while geographically separate from them. They facilitated everything for us and made the entire process very easy. This is the most streamlined and easy home-buying experience we have had in 13 years of consistent moving. I cannot say thank you enough to both of them for making this so easy.

  Scott & Jen are definitely the A team! Initially, my wife and I were a bit nervous about the homebuying/mortgage process. From day one, Scott & Jen made us feel confident and excited about the whole thing. They are very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. At one point, we got an appraisal back that was not what we were hoping for. Scott & Jen put in a significant amount of extra work to help us get a second opinion, and the result is that we got the home we wanted. That made a big impression on me and I will definitely be recommending the Benchmark team to anyone I know who needs a mortgage.
