Ben has pre-qualified me for a home loan then took the time to explain all of my options. I called him out of the blue for a pre-qualification and within an hour it was done! What an awesome experience. I just needed him to answer a question for me so I emailed him at 930pm expecting a reply the next business day, but he texted and asked if he could call at 10 pm same day. He will go out of his way to help get you the info you need to make a good decision. Now if I can only find a home that I don't get outbid on I'll be doing great. If I could give my experience 10 stars I would. Very respectful guy and isn't trying to sell you a mortgage that you don't need or can't afford.
