  If I could do more stars, I would. We have been with Bennington for a number of years and I always get knowledgeable, prompt, professional and friendly service. Regardless of how strange the question or service I need, I am confident in their abilities to handle it with exceptional customer service.

  They took advantage of me being overdrawn and started charging me $25 a day. Then proceeded to take $150 out in “overdraft fees” which the lady could not quite explain to me why they had taken so much because I was stilll being charged $25 a day. Made a cash deposit on Saturday and it didn’t go through until Monday. They proceeded to block my card throughout the entire weekend. When I called about why my card was blocked, I was told by a manager named Bob that it was because that was their best form of communication? He told me that instead of calling their customers for any issues, they proceed to block their accounts forcing the customers to call personally when their card is declined. Very disappointed in the customer service. Also a very large inconvenience that they don’t accept deposits through their ATMs. As a server I am always getting screwed over on the weekends because their deposits don’t process until the next business day. Have removed my checking account with them since.
