      i have had it with this bank, went there to make a simple deposit 3 days ago, the lobby is closed............no stated reason......just closed...........so today, i go to the webpage for the Allendale branch............nothing said about the lobby being closed, so i called, get the answeing machine of someone. USELESS to me. So , of course, when i get there , the lobby is closed. i do not wish to use the drive through. An open lobby is one of the few and more important services i require. Inexusable not to either put it on your webpage, or have someone actually answering the phone. DUH !. Willard Brown, customer for more than 20 years.
