      Called multiple times and phone was answered by Samantha. No matter what I said to her, she put me on hold 6 times against my wishes. Each time she answered the phone she would say, "Berkshire Bank Samantha speaking please hold. I would interrupt her to tell her to not put me on hold, and she purposely put me on hold as soon as I started to speak. It seemed to be a joke to her. She knew I was calling each time, she put me on hold, I would call back and the same thing happened. Finally I contacted another branch and reported this incident. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and should not be working with the public. Any bank that would tolerate this behavior from an employee does not deserve my business. I would not recommend going there.
