      I was fortunate enough to be supported by Teresa Lussier at the Pittsfield branch recently, and I can't say enough good things about her empathy and ability to trouble-shoot. This was a woman where "solving-my-problems" was more important than doing the easy thing because of bank rules. May we all find more Terry Lussier's in our life when we need help.
