  We had the pleasure of working with Amy Bell Witt when we recently purchased a home. She represented the seller but I have to say, I feel like she did just as much for us as the buyers. It was a little intimidating not having our own realtor to represent us, but from the start Amy treated us with kindness and respect as if we were her own clients and put us at ease immediately. I felt like we could trust her with any questions we had throughout the whole process. Her attention to detail was spot on and her preparedness made the experience run as smoothly as possible. I look forward to working with Amy again in the future, hopefully as our realtor next time!

  Consumer beware. Had a horrible experience with this RE group. My realtor was a buyer's agent assigned by my company as part of a relocation package. My realtor did not effectively represent, support, or have my back through the transaction. I am no stranger to RE transactions but had never encountered the issues and lack of service I received from this group. Even when I escalated the issues to the President and Broker Owner, still not a single leader addressed my concerns or even offered the basic courtesy of an acknowledgement when I spent the time and effort begging for assistance about the transaction their agency was managing and earning commissions from. A few issues were encountered through the process, but everything went completely south the day before the closing. The seller's caused the issues, however it would have been nice, and customary in my experience, that a client would receive better service and support from a professional managing a RE transaction. The seller's removed many permanently attached items from the home leaving significant damage to the home, even though the RE contract clearly states everything attached conveys with the property. I jumped through hoops for months meeting every request and demand from both my agent and the seller's agent (documenting my requests over and over, providing photos, obtaining and providing repair estimates), with absolutely no attempt on their part to help with a remedy or resolution. The best I received was the statement "we all agree it was wrong...." The only advice I received by my agent was that I should seek legal counsel. I found it extremely disappointing as a professional service provider, who is required to abide by standards and ethics, that no actionable guidance or support was offered for my circumstances and concerns. In the past I have had agents that fought and stood up for me and did everything in their power to ensure my best interest was protected. If you are seeking the same, you best look elsewhere for your RE professional.

  I moved to Louisville and needed to sell my Lexington home. I chose Amy Bell Witt as my real estate agent because of her experience in interior design, her work ethic in researching neighborhoods, houses, pricing, and trends, and her positive energy and drive. Amy gave knowledgeable suggestions about what improvements might help the house sell but was always open to what I as the client preferred. I wanted to sell my home as-is, and she knew just how to handle that. Amy was dedicated to making my experience be smooth: she explained each step clearly and kept the whole process organized and efficient. She is backed by an experienced and responsive team who provided helpful suggestions and solid guidance throughout the process which made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Amy Bell Witt to anyone in the Lexington/ central Kentucky area who wants a positive and driven real estate agent who is dedicated to achieving her client’s individual goals. It was a true pleasure to enlist Amy to help me sell my home in the way I wanted.
