In 2016 I rented a condo with Sharon Umbs, a realtor with Gloria Nielson acting as dual agent. Everything took place rapidly. Although it was the third week into the month, Sharon told the ,first time, landlord to charge rent for the entire month. Therefore, I gave a check for security and one month rent. Sharon said she would bring the lease over for signatures another day. This never happened . I moved in two days later. Sharon was there with her handyman, who was making repairs. A console table was left and a mirror. She asked if I wanted them removed . I thought she was acting as a manager. After all ,she was overseeing the repairs. I said yes. She directed the handyman to take them to storage. Now that I've moved ,I've had $1000 dollars deducted from my security deposit for the missing table and mirror. Sharon claims I gave the directive, therefore ,I'm responsible . This is not the first time she's caused problems for me and cost me money. Unbelievable.
