If I could give a no star I would. What a complete joke this dealership is. We bought a truck from here and had it shipped to Florida(we live there). I guess that’s where we messed up. Up until we signed the papers we had great customer service. Again, until we signed. After that, Jonathan Garza has pretty much gone invisible. We’ve tried texting him questions we had, no answer. We even tried calling the dealer ship. Nothing. They gave us a temp tag like usual to get us our plates. Well, after calling about 5 times asking where our tag was they finally said they got them in and shipped. Cool. No big deal right. Yeah, WRONG. Keep in mind I said we had the truck shipped to Florida cause that’s were we live and they knew that. THEY SENT US TEXAS PLATES!!!! REGISTERED OUR TRUCK IN TEXAS. I live in Florida. HOW MORONIC IS THIS PLACE. Complete idiots. Please, for the love of god. Don’t buy anything here. Just don’t. Cause once they get your signature you’re another nobody to them.
