      Absolutely horrible experience. We went through 4 loan proccessors. 8 long months later we have withdrawn from refinancing with this company. So many inconsistencies. I hope no one ever goes through what my husband and I have been through.

      Our person putting together our refi made several mistakes and promises that could not happen. First one was a 3,000.00 mistake then said we could wave appraisal,nope couldn't then said we would sign right away,nope,couldn't get a notary when he said. Then...he text ua and called us we signed on a tuesday he said yay! Your loan will fund on friday afternoon. Friday afternoon came and he called us and said Im sorry my mistake it will fund monday REALLY!!?? Mr. Ken Tran We WILL NEVER REFINANCE WITH THIS SCREWED UP COMPANY AGAIN!!
