  I recently visited Best Collateral in search of wedding rings. Michael and Norma were extremely helpful, not only did they show me their sets, but they took the time to tell me the quality of each ring and the price differences. This is the first time I make a jewelry purchase there and I have to say, I am very satisfy with my experience with them. The rings, the price, but most of all their customer service and flexibility to work with my budget as well. I will definitely come back to make future purchases. Thank you Michael and Norma

  The last couple of months I have been looking for a consistent, reliable and trustworthy pawn shop. I tried a few in San Francisco and got ripped off a few times. I had to find another shop, so searched for other places online and the Best Collateral, San Mateo branch, caught my eye. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and greeted by their employee Mike. He immediately offered to help and answer any questions I had. I mentioned that I am new to the whole pawn shop experience, and I am in need of some cash ASAP. He and 2 other employees, I believe their names were Norma and Brian, informed me about the Pawn Loan option, which was relieving knowing that I was able to get back my item. All 3 were helpful answering any question I had. After I showed Mike my MacBook Pro he offered me a very great deal and provided great customer service. This was a much better experience than I had with other shops. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Mike, Brian or Norma - Thank you again!!
