      Nick is amazing. He has a vast knowledge of loan packages. His work is above and beyond other mortgage brokers that I have worked with. I'm a tough nut: Independant, self-employed restauranteur. Not a combo that most lenders want to work with. Nick found lenders without hesitation, walked me through the difficult elements and was able to get me into three loans (two jumbos) in one year. In my opinion... nothing short of a miracle.
