  Had issues with items I loaned out. One assoiate told me they sold the items 1 month after I loaned it out (which would be within the default date and violate the terms of the contract). One associate told me they didn't sell it and I could get them back (back in May). I called earlier this month for someone to tell me they were already sold (again, back in January so I was told this twice) and it's a 'too bad' situation (ok, whatever, not a problem). The last person I spoke to told me tried to push a deal on me 'to get something back' and didn't bother to explain what happened (other than they were in default). I was a regular customer until I felt they weren't honest with me. It's not the stuff that bothers me; that's replaceable. It's your unwillingness to work with someone to resolve a problem and change the story. Avoid if all possible and take your hard earned money elsewhere. PS: They will seriously lowball you an offer on anything you try and sell ($10 for a 1k rated PSI airgun. What a joke 🙄)

  Horrible experience with this gun and pawn shop. Never going back again to them. They missed out on a $300 sale all because, I couldn't change my address on the paper/form to match my license. Not sure why I needed a background check when I have a concealed carry weapons permit. I had to ask to view and see the firearm, before purchasing. They seemed hesitant, I'm not sure why when they had my license and CCW in their hands behind the counter.

  Sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience. Being an FFL we have very strict federal policies we have to follow to keep our Federal Firearm License. Every gun store will have the same policies. When purchasing a firearm every gun store will need your License and conceal weapon license for any firearm transaction. As far as the address, your license has to be current to pick up a firearm. We did let you know that all you had to do was get a current license that matched the address you wrote was your current address. We can not release a firearm if the address you write down that you currently live at is not the address on your license. We can not later let you change the address you match your license after you stated that is not your current address. We apologize if you do not like the laws we have to follow. But we can't risk losing our license. If other gun stores are allowing anyone to cross out the old address and re write the License address simply to keep the sale they are breaking federal regulations and will be subject to fines and possibly loss their FFL license.
