  UPDATE June 2020: Just refinanced my house because of the low interest rates. Once again, Dan was my guy. He made the process as streamlined as it could possibly be, worked with me on all turns, was ALWAYS prompt about getting back to me with questions, and got me the lowest insurance rate i have ever seen on a home. Like... ever. In my life. 8 years later and Id still recommend Dan to anyone!! ——————————————— November 2013 Long and the short of it is I had a great experience with Dan buying my first house! Buying a house is a pain in the butt any way you cut it but Dan made it as easy as it could have been. He was always extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had, was prompt, and easy to get ahold of. I'll go to him when I buy my next house!
