      Is there a reason why we have to call center to leave our information for the branch to call us back? If you don't give the callcenter the exact amount of your last transaction they can't verify you even though you already gave them name, address and SSN because they won't take your card number as a valid document. When asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 25 minutes like I didn't know rep was playing games and making me wait on purpose. I got names if BFCU care to have them. Unbelievable, all I wanted to know was information about the coin machine, nothing to do with transactions!
