      TOOK OVER A MONTH TO OPEN A BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT, OPENED A MERCHANT ACCOUNT THAT WITHDREW .10 AND .57 AND CHARGED $60 DID NOT WANT TO REVERSE THE CHARGE DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT WAS A NEW ACCOUNT. THEN HAD THE NERVE TO THREATEN ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CONTACT THE BUSINESS DEPARTMENT TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT CLOSED. THE SUPERVISOR KIM WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! SHE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME WHILE I WAS SPEAKING.
