      I used to go to Mineola until this location came about. All the staff are lovely! I love this credit union because bank cheques are free! My other bank charges for it.

      Horrible horrible customer service. I needed a letter from them. After few calls and getting hung up or just blind transfered, I finally got a person that supposedly knew her stuff. After spending over an hour on the phone mostly on hold saying I am working on it. She finally said you should get the letter in my in box in max in 2 hours. I didn't receive the letter. So I called back there is NO RECORDS of me even calling. Bunch of useless people work in customer service.

      I needed to deposit a check but the drive through line was all the way down to the stop sign. I just wanted to ask what other options I had, so I headed to the door. The security told me all I needed to know and then proceeded to tell me one other option that I didn’t know about. It was such great info!!! It was fast and easy and my check was deposited within the hour. Best of all, I didn’t have to wait on that line outside!!! Thanks to the guy, I saved myself a day and gave more props to this bank.
