      I was in the middle of getting a mortgage loan, and out the blue the worker responding to any of my emails. I wish she would have told me that she couldn’t work on my case, and I could have went to someone else. It has been a month since I’ve heard from her, this is so unprofessional. I wish I would have went through another company, I would probably be in my new home by now.

      Very slow with the mortgage loan process or maybe it was just the person they assigned to me .. never again. She barely respond to emails and never kept me up to date. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on a reply.
