      My personal Realtor Eric Smith was fantastic. He was very detailed, professional and kind. I never had a phone call, text message or e-mail go unanswered and believe me there were many. I blatantly told Eric that I just wanted to sell to an Investor and gave him my reasons why. I was very adamant, and I don’t know how it happened but he convinced me to place my house on the market. He was absolutely right. I received several offers within a few days, received more than asking and am very pleased. I was advised and I will share what people told me “if you trust your Realtor, listen to your Realtor” and that was some of the best advice I received. If ever I move back to the area, I will definitely seek Eric to serve me again. Thank You Eric!

      I had the absolute pleasure to have worked with Robb Hicks of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and could not be happier. As a first time buyer he was incredibly patient, and did a fantastic job of informing me of everything I needed to know and look out for when looking at a home. He truly went above and beyond in all aspects, and I couldn't thank him enough for that. If the opportunity were to arise again I would most certainly choose to work with him again.
