I have been trying to get in contact with Robert for a very long time,he's not responding to my calls..in was told between 3 to 6 months to fix my report...its been close to 2yrs.

My experience is nothing close to all the five star reviews I read before contacting them. Most of these are phony because after 9 months I’ve paid them $1000.00 and still have bad addresses, bad names, inquiries and collections on my bureau reports. I first tried to cancel in May because I wasn’t seeing the level of results I expected, letters were going out 15-20 days late and I couldn’t get a return phone call. You would think that they would reach out to you monthly as much as you pay, I got 2 calls in 9 months. The owner emailed me on May 11th and I gave them another 120+ days to work on my credit and still disappointing results. Finally I said no more. I emailed the owner on October 12th to cancel. This service is not at all worth your hard earned money. I’m beyond disappointed and considering filing a complaint with the BBB.

Not sure if you remember but I emailed you a full break down of what was deleted and what items we were still working on. We do our best to truly maintain and keep each client happy and with great results. Not only did we get negative items removed but we also removed a repossession from your credit report. I even authorized 90 days of FREE credit repair services. I don't feel you are being fair with this review. If there's anything else we can do to rectify this situation, please give me a call.
