      i wish there were a 0 star .. i have grown to hate this company with a passion .. i first thought this big name company would provide an exceptional banking experience .. but noooooo they are a group of rude, nasty, irresponsible, unprofessional , incompetent individuals... i wouldn't refer my dog to do business with this company.. find another back i promise .. this company makes up rules throughout the day to benefit them .. im feed up .. i will be finding me a new bank .. i have put up with their mess long enough .. your bank should back you up and fight to protect you .. this bank act like they getting a cut.. im over them .... the one thing thing they did get right .. their name .. wintrust .. because you would have to win their trust in order for them to properly assist ... when trust isn't a reward it's earned .. like my money that i work hard for... i have lost respect for this company and anyone involved..
