      Zero stars. There should be an option for negative stars. Don't ever use this lender- It is a complete scam. Jay and Issac come across as you lender advisors, but they're really setting you up to be scammed. They pulled our credit without being authorized and had phony people validate a business loan approval. My advice is to stay completely away from these fraudulent people so you don't get hurt.
