Since they moved and got new employees it not the same they should've kept the same employee

Ms “G” Please give me a call or stop by the office. I’m concerned about your feelings and would like to address any problems or issues that you experienced today. While you were here we both had a very pleasant conversation with each other as we do each time that you come in. I’m confused at what went wrong. Please be assured if it’s something I can fix, I will gladly do so. We are still the same company with the same owners/employees. Nothing else has changed other than the office location. Bexar County Credit merged with our sister office Service Credit Plan as of February 2022, however our company policies have remained the same. The employees that you may be referring to from the old SW Military location are no longer with our company.
