      Definitely a scam, saw the review and talked to a employee on my second day. Said they put him calling cold calling for weeks until they gave him good leads. When hiring me he told me he would cover the cost of the expensive leads I can’t afford in exchange for 80% of my income. After I asked when he would provide the good leads on day 2 he promised, sense he now knows I can do it. He couldn’t give me a time frame after we agreed on 2 days when I was hired. And started asking for papers on leads he didn’t provide in an attempt to steal 80% of my books on deals I found my self cold calling. He then changed the deal and told me me I had to pay him from my books to get the leads he promised. I know where this conversation is going. 2 months later and I’ll still be cold calling and paying 80% of my income for no reason to him. Never getting the leads always asking for more papers. You could just go on DeBanked forum and turn it in to the direct lender there. If he provided the leads then I would have no problem paying an 80% tax to a brokerage. That’s why they are there. But I can’t pay 80% not out of my books. I can just cold call from home. Very unprofessional attitude. Win-lose deal thinking promotes a hostile work environment. No wondering he can’t fill the whole row of computers and it’s mostly younger guys working there. What a waste of 2 weeks I spent waiting for him to get back from holiday to start.

      I'm familiar with the place by personal experience. The owner is a very unpleasant low life individual with no respect to people around outside of his group. The service they provide is just a middleman interconnect type of a thing with no guarantees. Stay away.
