  As first time home buyers we are grateful to have found Robert. He clearly explained each step of the home buying process, he was beyond helpful in placing offers, and he is extremely skilled at calming me (Bill) down when issues arose (and I'm easily agitated!). Robert is responsive during business hours and any questions we sent in the evenings were answered first thing the next morning. We discovered the home buying experience, overall, to be a stressful situation, however, Robert was instrumental in helping us keep our eye on the target and pushing for that accepted offer.
