      My experience with Bibi has been wonderful. I was going to go through such a personal crisis when I had to sell my house and she made it so easy. She walked me through the unnerving experience holding my hand throughout the whole process. She checked on me and treated me as a real professional. BIbi was my guardian angel. BIbi was always there to explain and walk me through signing all those documents, showing her exceptional knowledge and patience. Thank you for everything!

      As a Vice-President and Senior Trust Officer of a major bank, I had a decedents estate in Laguna Woods that needed to be sold. The property needed a lot of work and had been vacant for four years. The Bibi Carrington Group came highly recommended to me and now I see why. Bibi and her team took care of everything from gathering the decedents valuables for the family, removing the furniture, meeting contractors for any repairs, painted and staged the property and even handled the HOA. Two other agents tried to sell the property in AS-IS condition, but they received no offers until Bibi Carrington took over the listing and transformed the property. We, meaning the family and the bank could not believe the transformation. She sold it with multiple offers that weekend and my clients couldn’t be happier. The process was so smooth, and all the expenses got taken care of in escrow. As a banker I’ve never in my 40 years had a realtor do this kind of work! I highly recommend the Bibi Carrington Group.
