This company serviced my outstanding accounts for payday loans awhile ago that I took out online. They explained the program and the process very clearly. My payments were a lot lower than what I was paying before I got in touch with them. My rep told me that I would be out of debt in less than a year and I was! I just googled this company to find their phone # for a friend and I noticed other reviews and I think that some people think that it's like a loan schedule or something when they sign up and they want an exact number of months which doesn't make sense since they do not give you a loan. That's just my educated guess. Anyway, these guys were great! Thank you! I am still debt free and happy.

Thank you Scott, we are glad we could help. Yes, you are correct, our Programs are not loans and are not contracted for any duration. They are approved by lenders til balances are all paid in full, which is the goal. Any estimated duration of a Payment Plan by our counselors is always specified as "about" and based on the benefits the lenders historically extend and what balances were furnished to us by our clients prior to enrolling. If a lender says the balance is higher, the math simply doesn't work.

What a scam. I was told eight payments or less and figured I could tough it out and make the payments through December. Now I've made the eight payments and they tell me I still have two more payments. How is ten payments eight or less? Stay away from them.
