      Personally I've been with BSFCU Since 2018 and I love everything about them they have always been nothing but kind understanding and professional they've helped me.build my credit in such amazing ways... Staff is always amazing friendly and helpful

      Personally, I would not like to bank here again. Started having issues with money going missing and they could and would not explain where it was going to. I’ve tried to tell them to close whatever is taking out, and of course it’s extra charge just to do that. What makes it more frustrating, is when then know you have a negative balance from all this stuff yet still want you to pay fees but can’t do what you ask. Some of the lady’s up there are extremely rude . Wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!
