  Bill has been fantastic to work with in finding a home. We were pretty demanding in what we were looking for, and had him driving around for hours to show us homes in different cities with no complaint. He even sent out letters to homeowners in an area we were interested in which was short on available listings. He has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process, and I'm glad that we were referred to him. He worked hard and got us the perfect home for us.

  Bill was great! He added us to his system so we would receive emails for homes in our price range. This allowed us to be familiar with the market and inventory. If we had questions, we reached out to him. He was never pushy and overbearing which was our experience with other real estate agents. When we were ready to purchase, we chose a few homes to see and he scheduled all the viewings to meet our needs. He was there at the showings to answer questions and shared opinions in a very professional way. Once we made an offer that was accepted, he was there every step of the way. He coordinated several emails updating us and other people involved in the purchasing process about what was happening. We were informed through the whole experience. Buying our home was easy and enjoyable and we would recommend Bill to anyone and would use him again in the future!

  Bill and his team were THE BEST! My wife and I did not really think we needed a real estate agent, but we were very wrong. They answered all of our questions honestly, were genuine, were on top of keeping us informed, communicated with us regularly and replied in a timely manner, and were patient with us even when it felt like we just weren’t finding what we wanted. They made our home search fun and easy rather than stressful and tasking. Thanks Bill and team!
