  Bill and his team we’re absolutely AMAZING! These guys are a very knowledgeable, personable, goal- oriented team who have done nothing but exceed my expectations with their quality of service, knowledge, and professionalism when taking me through the process of buying a home. They were knowledgeable on programs and requirements for down payment assistance and were just all around amazing getting me into my first ever home. I am grateful to have had a wonderful team on my side during this time and I recommend them to transplants like myself & locals alike!

  Sent in required documentation to start mortgage process, never received communication after that. (Had excellent customer service with an out of town lender)
