  This is such a wonderful company! It’s been incredibly beneficial for our commercial construction company. The great people that work there are super helpful and go above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of. I submitted a few things super last minute on a Friday and the team was still able to get me approved and make it possible for our crews to keep work flowing even throughout the weekend. I highly recommend any contractors doing work in the commercial field to utilize Billd! Thank you Billd!

  The worst people to deal with. The do not communicate and put liens on projects still in process.

  Hi Lynn, this is Jon Katz, our SVP of Marketing. I wanted to personally reach out and address this. First and foremost, I want to thank you for being a customer of ours for almost 2 years and trusting us as a partner on 10 different construction projects. It appears by this review that this is the first of 10 projects where there was a miscommunication, and for that, I want to personally apologize. As I'm sure you already know, we maintain our mechanics lien rights as the supplier of record, not only to protect our interest in the project, but also yours. If payment to you is delayed over 120 days, it's in both of our interest to take action and to ensure you're paid for your hard-earned work. To address the people comment; I take that comment personally. People are the cornerstone of our business. They care deeply about the work they do and the subcontractors they support. I stand behind them 100% and trust that no matter what happened in this situation, they led with integrity and honesty. We will reach out next week to clear this up, as it's a holiday weekend.
