We had a great experience with Black Diamond - one of the reasons we chose them is because someone reached out 'after hours' on a Friday as we were prepping to make an offer on a house, and they were able to get us a quick preapproval and letter etc. Extremely helpful during the process. As with any mortgage process, there were bumps, one especially a day or two before closing, the lender made some unusual requests, and the team made sure to help me find info they were asking, and ensured an item that was not relevant was taken off the final checklist of docs required. Worked primarily with Zach F. and towards the end Heather N. was also extremely helpful and responsive.
