      From the moment that we spoke with Jerry Baker I knew that we were in good hands. We were welcomed with so much knowledge to where to start! Every week we would get updates if there were any and if not he would let us know of that as well. It was such an easy breeze to work with Jerry, truly was such a great experience!

      This is the second time I have used Jerry Baker's services, and as before, he did not disappoint. After weeding out several potential buyers who either came in too low, or had questionable financing, and likely would have wasted my time, he hit upon one that fit the bill perfectly. Unfortunately a number of complications arose, 100% the fault of the buyer and his agent, but Jerry navigated through all of them, including several amend/extends, a change of lenders, title changes, etc., and got the job done. I am very grateful to have had the benefit of Jerry''s experience when these rough patches arose. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any mountain real estate needs.
