      Diane Cole & BLACK ONYX FUND, LLC seem to be frauds. I lost a bit of money with their group after prepaying some fees for a large real estate refinance project they promised would be simple and quick. This started back in May and its now October. Its been almost a week since they have returned my phone call and I'm fearing the worst... I will promptly remove this post if a refund is received. I hope I am wrong.

      Black Onyx is like no other, considering that I, as well as another former employee, is owed 7 weeks of wages from February to April of 2019. I’ve attempted to set up a fair payment plan with the company (repeatedly) and keep being left on read. I wouldn’t give them your money, because they clearly can’t handle it correctly. John Sims is a shady man.

      Well well you can say bad things about me, but who helped you time and time and again? Even got tires for your car right? So you want to make this personal that is not okay and not right to do. You have my phone number and I called you with Diane this morning and you have not returned my nor Diane your supervisors call. If you want top resolve this you need to call Diane when you can.
