      Anytime I have had to deal with this bank, whether it be opening an account for me, my children, the drive through or a inquiry over the phone I have had nothing but wonderful experiences! (the branch next to Meijer there was a very rude, unfriendly teller but that was just once. I've only been to that branch that one time because of her. You shouldn't work with the public if you're going to be a crotchety grouch) I have however been to several other branches, Roscoe mostly, and the customer service was superb!

      No matter what I've tried to do with this bank, it hasn't come without a hassle. No one there seems to want to do their job.

      Just stopped to use an ATM and $4 fee is outrageous. After that shakedown for money I can't imagine what kind of fees and things you'll put up with having business there.
