      Fine for normal transactions but don’t believe what you are told by staff. Last year my wife called two weeks before we were to close on our house and verified that everything was set up for a wire transfer pending the exact amount of the closing cost which are not available until a couple of days of closing. She was told that they only needed 24 hour’s notice. When we called with that information we were told that it would take up to 3 days. After several hours of phone calls back and forth, Georgia was able to get the transfer in time. After a few more problems where different people have given different answers to the same question, we have decided that the only way to get a straight answer is to call Georgia directly. I would not have written this review if I had not gone to pick up cash that I was told was transferred to another bank this morning and found it wasn’t there yet. Georgia is off today so apparently nothing is getting done. When she retires we’re all out of luck
